Weighbridges KODA-A TASD

Description, purpose

Scales are designed to determine the load on the axis of vehicles moving along the platform at a speed of no more than 5 km, or statically. Scales consist of platform with a fence, 4 strain gauges with special elastomeric knots for the installation, protecting against sharp vertical and horizontal influences, a weighing terminal manufactured by BILANCIAI (Italy). The scales also allow estimating the total weight of the vehicle as a sum of axle loads. The use of data on the load on the axle of cars obtained with the help of weights allows to prevent vehicles on the road segment for which this index exceeds the permissible norm (20 tons) and, therefore, on the one hand protect the road from destructive influences, reducing the cost of it Operation and increasing the durability of the road surface, on the other hand to avoid penalties for exceeding the axle load. This practice is standard in the United States and the European Union, where it is widely used on motorways of all levels, which, to a large extent, determines the high quality of roads in these countries.

Standards

The scales and the equipment included in them according to all criteria meet the requirements of the standard DSTU OIML R 134-1: 2010 "Automatic devices for weighing road vehicles in motion and measuring the axle load", which is harmonized with the requirements of the European Union.

Quality

Quality management system of KODA company is certified according to the international quality standard ISO 9001.

* When using the DD1010 indicator, you do not need a personal computer

Optionally, the following components / services can be delivered / provided:

  1. Weigher room.
  2. Personal computer (if not using a weight terminal DD1010).
  3. Weighing automation system: barriers, traffic lights, video surveillance and recognition systems, car position sensors, road signs, etc.
  4. Repair of the roadway (according to DSTU OIML R 134-1: 2010 before and after the scales should be 8 meters of straight horizontal section of the road).

Developed software

The scales are completed with the basic version of the software installed on the customer´s PC, or supplys with the scales. The basic software can be supplemented with ready-made additional software modules. It is possible to develop new software for client tasks. The software allows you to manage cargo flows, keep track of transport by reading numbers, storing pictures and recording video surveillance cameras and maximally eliminates the influence of the human factor on the weighing process.

Systems of automation of weighing and prevention of abuse

Scales can be used as a base for an automated weight system. It can include: equipment for controlling traffic flows (barriers, traffic lights), video cameras for fixing the moment of weighing, video monitoring and recognition system, vehicle position sensors, etc.
