The magnetic ring sensor LM13 consists of a compact leakproof reading head and a magnetized ring with a diameter of 100.5 mm. The reading head moves along the magnetic surface of the ring with a clearance of up to 1.5 mm.

The sensor head has a built-in LED indicator for the correct position of the head and the serviceability of the sensor. The absence of rigid tolerances simplifies the installation of the LM13.

Ring sensors are manufactured with a digital output and have a resolution of 1280 to 327680 pulses per revolution at a maximum speed of rotation of the ring itself to 25,000 rpm. Designed for harsh environments, linear sensors have a process temperature range of -20 to +85°C and a degree of protection - IP68, are highly resistant to shock, vibration and pressure. Magnetic rings are resistant to chemicals used in various industries. Non-contact reading of LM13 ensures the absence of friction and wear of the components of the measuring system, mechanical hysteresis at maximum speed and acceleration. The LM13 ring magnetic sensors guarantee reliable operation in harsh and difficult operating conditions, they are successfully used in woodworking, stone processing, metalworking, textile, printing, plastics and packaging industries. They are also suitable for automation systems and assembly lines, for laser, plasma and waterjet cutting, microchip production, printed circuit boards, etc.
