Indicators (lever type)

Lever indicators are designed specifically for use in production or in a control laboratory, ideal for comparative measurements, for example on a smooth surface. Indicators of this type are designed to determine the deviation of shape and position, as well as coaxiality and concentricity.

The lever-type indicators are represented by the following models:

standard : lever indicators with a dial mounted parallel to the axis of the tip;
perpendicular : lever indicators with a dial mounted at right angles to the axis of the tip;
side : lever indicators with a dial mounted parallel to the axis of the tip, but on a flat part of the case.

General main features:

measurement in both directions with an automatic reverse when moving;
continuous rotation of the pointer clockwise, ensuring an unambiguous reading of the readings;
Indicators of this type are insensitive to magnetic fields;
Very low measuring force.

The lever-type indicator gauges are specially designed to use them:

when controlling plastic materials, due to a reduction in the measuring force;
to measure hard-to-reach places with sharp edges.
