Leica T-Mac is a contact measuring system for measurement in an automated hand-held manipulator system.

Operating parameters and measurement accuracy parameters, including the maximum measuring area range up to 30 m (98 ft), correspond to the parameters of the Leica T-Probe wireless touch probe.

  • PowerLock beam capture: for the first time in the history of using laser trackers, a laser beam is sent only to the user´s device, but not to other objects;
  • special case is used for use on machine tools and robotic manipulators;
  • additional reflectors to simplify calibration and ease of orientation detection
  • ability to mount the system in the tool changer;
  • ability to measure up to 60 meters from the tracker
  • extended target acquisition and registration angles compared to other similar systems: elevation angles ± 45°, inclination ± 45°, rotation 360°.
  • visual control of the state of the battery charge, distance to the target and other current technological parameters;
  • no dependence on outdoor lighting;
  • scanning mode of points with a speed of up to 1000 points per second
  • target tracking speed is more than 1 m/s;
  • The accuracy of measuring the length is up to 60 μm in a measuring zone with a radius of 15 m.
