Bridge-type CMM CMM DELTA Slant

DELTA Slant - series of CMMs for the control of large parts. Machines of this series are characterized by high rigidity.
Managing of CMM is carried by CNC, can be controlled in the manual mode from the joystick with the remote control unit.

from 2000 × 3300 × 1800 up to 3000 × 8000 × 2500

The moving parts of CMM are made of light aluminum alloy, X-axis guide and sloping legs are made of steel.
Carrying beam carriage of CMM is performed on the patented technology "oblique portal" that allows you to lower the center of gravity of the moving parts while maintaining maximum rigidity.
Moving the moving parts is made on pneumatic bearings that provides ease of movement of CMM and eliminates mechanical wear guides.

CMM has good dynamic characteristics:

  • maximum moving speed is 26 m/min;
  • maximum acceleration is 0.8 m/s2.

CMM has a mathematical compensation of geometrical errors on 21 machine parameters. CMM DELTA Slant is equipped with an automatic swing head Renishaw PH10M.

On request CMM DELTA Slant magazine can be equipped with automatic change of probes and non-contact laser probe.

There are two versions of this series:

Delta Slant - CR is equipped with a linear temperature compensation for use in clean environments with controlled air temperature industrial zone.

Delta Slant - SF has been designed for use in outdoor operating conditions. The system of thermal compensation structure ACTIV provides forced air circulation in the case, isolating the machine from external heat, allowing measurement of proper quality in the temperature range 16 - 26°C.
