Differential pressure transmitters Electronic differential pressure transmitter

VEGA`s innovative ideology for differential pressure measurement of gases, liquids or steam. A typical application is the measurement of substances in pressure vessels, pollution control filters, efficiency pumps or flow measurement using orifice diaphragms.

All sensors of the VEGABAR 80 series can be quickly and easily converted into an electronic differential pressure system: A standard instrument is connected with another sensor of identical type with "slave" electronics.

  • Application: flow, level, differential pressure, density;
  • Measuring cell: ceramic or metal;
  • Process fitting: thread from G ½, ½ NPT, flanges from DN 15, 1½", hygiene adherence, IEC 61518;
  • Measuring range: -5…5 mbar to -200…200 bar;
  • Deviation: 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%;
  • Process temperature: -90…+400°C;
  • Output signal: 4…20 mA, 4…20 mA/HART, Profibus PA, Foundation Fieldbus.

If it is necessary to replace the classic pressure transducer with a new electronic one, it is possible to manufacture pressure transmitters VEGABAR 82 and VEGABAR 83 with standard oval adapters or side flanges of IEC 61518 type, which are supplied with most differential pressure transmitters from different manufacturers.
